Grant, Esq., Director of Student Life & Pro Bono Opportunities at Campbell University, as they discuss the power of having a diverse workforce and how to support multiple generations within your company! About our Speakers:
Niya Fonville, Esq. serves as the Director of Externships at Campbell Law School. A self-proclaimed social justice warrior, prior to joining Campbell Law, Fonville worked for more than a decade with Legal Aid of North Carolina, where she was supervising attorney and staff attorney, helping some of the state’s most vulnerable citizens at times of greatest need.
Evin L. Grant joined Campbell University Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law as the Director of Student Life & Pro Bono Opportunities, after most recently serving as the Executive Director of the North Carolina Commission on Racial and Ethnic Disparities in the Criminal Justice System (NCCRED). Grant works to create mindful leaders who strive to engage with their organization, be informed about their members' needs, and inspire others to lead. He is a fierce advocate for Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion in higher education.
Organizations and institutions across the country are quickly realizing that diversity cannot be the end goal. Instead, we must develop safe, open, and inclusive environments for all to collaborate and co-exist. Through this event, you'll hear ways of how to foster honest and robust conversations surrounding multiple generations within a workforce and tips on how to be more generationally sensitive in a fast paced and ever-changing work environment.
