From this event, audience members can expect to take a personal look through their own DEI journey and learn a new way to be an ally that will easily fit into their everyday life both personally and professionally. This is an informational and educational program.

Organizations and institutions across the country are quickly realizing that diversity cannot be the end goal. Instead, we must develop safe, open, and inclusive environments for all to collaborate and co-exist. Through this event, you'll hear ways of how to foster honest and robust conversations surrounding multiple generations within a workforce and tips on how to be more generationally sensitive in a fast paced and ever-changing work environment.
