Staying Connected During Times We Feel Isolated
We'll be joined by Dr. Rachel Frische, Clinical Assistant Professor, Department of Psychiatry and Medical Director, UNC Mental Health Specialists for a short presentation on mental health and well-being, especially in the time of COVID-19.
About Our Speaker
Dr. Frische is trained in general adult psychiatry, public health, and healthcare management. She has special interests in healthcare systems delivery, neurostimulation, and reproductive mood disorders. She enjoys working with men, women, and adolescents struggling with mood, anxiety, and psychotic disorders. Her primary clinical responsibilities include administering repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS) with the Carolina Center for Neurostimulation and serving as medical director for the UNC Mental Health Specialists. Her particular research interests lie in the clinical application of technological innovations for the treatment of reproductive mood disorders and treatment resistant depression.
