This session is designed to give small business owners and entrepreneurs the opportunity to share their perspectives, ideas, and key priorities. Your input will help shape future Town initiatives, programs, and resources aimed at fostering a thriving business environment here in Morrisville.

About the Facilitator: Lee Anne Nance
Lee Anne Nance is the Principal Consultant of Britt Nance Collaborative, an economic development and strategic marketing firm dedicated to helping communities and organizations develop impactful, results-driven programs. With a career spanning leadership roles in economic development, strategy, finance, and technology, Lee Anne brings a unique blend of experience across public and private sectors.
She previously served as President and Chief Operating Officer at Stewart, a regional design and engineering firm, and as COO of the Research Triangle Regional Partnership, where she led strategic growth initiatives and helped found the Research Triangle Cleantech Cluster. Lee Anne has worked closely with local governments, small businesses, and regional partners to develop inclusive economic strategies that deliver real outcomes.
A graduate of NC State University with both undergraduate and graduate degrees in Economics, Lee Anne is widely recognized for her collaborative leadership style and commitment to community. She was honored with the 2022 TCREW IMPACT Award and the Triangle Business Journal’s 2020 Women in Business Award.
