Join us to hear from Shirnetta Harrell, Executive Director and Founder of No Woman No Girl Initiative as she discusses her journey to developing the No Woman No Girl Initiative, and the HOPE: humanity, outreach, partnership, and eagerness of being a woman in today's society. Attendees can expect to leave encouraged to use their gifts for good to make community impact.
About our Speaker
Shirnetta J. Harrell is the Founder & Executive Director of The No Woman, No Girl Initiative. She is a native of Nashville, NC and a 2x HBCU (Historically Black Colleges and Universities) graduate. Shirnetta graduated from Shaw University where she served as Miss Shaw University 2012-2013 and obtained her Bachelor of Social Work degree. She later graduated from Alabama A & M University in the Advanced Standing Program. Ultimately, she obtained a Master of Social Work degree with a concentration in Community Mental Health.
No Woman No Girl Initiative aims to share hope, essentials and education with women and girls specifically in Wake County, NC. No woman and no girl will go without access to everyday essentials to survive crisis or transition. We ask that you bring a donation to No Woman No Girl to show your support.
