Micro-resilience: Tips and Tricks to Recover from Everyday Stress!
Life at work and at home continues to move faster and faster and change is everywhere! As working professionals, with responsibility for children, family and the home, it?s often a struggle to take care of one's self. However, to be the best we can be for our work, our families and our friends, we need tools to recover when the stress builds up. In this engaging talk, Joy Ruhmann, with Level Up Leadership, Inc., will share daily hacks you can employ to maximize your energy and productivity and recover with small wins.

Keynote Speaker: Joy Ruhmann
Joy Stroud Ruhmann has studied human and organizational behavior throughout her life and began her consulting career in early 2001 when she began learning about the power of the tools she uses today. With formal certifications in a variety of personal and organizational assessment tools and methodologies, Joy has developed a unique model for helping individuals and teams better understand themselves so they can work toward more positive outcomes.
Prior to starting Level Up Leadership, Joy worked in several executive roles within the financial services sector. During those years, she regularly participated in personnel hiring and training before and after joining the ranks of the C-suite.

Non-Profit Highlight: Dorcas Ministries

At each KNOW luncheon we ask attendees to support a local non-profit with donations of goods and products. Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, most non-profits, including Dorcas Ministries, it is increasingly more difficult to accept physical donations. While it is not our normal practice, we ask that you consider a monetary donation to Dorcas Ministries, a nonprofit that provides compassionate assistance to area residents to empower people to become stable and self-sufficient.

With client services ranging from financial assistance to job center training, Dorcas Ministries make a huge impact on our community. Donations can be made directly on the Dorcas website.

About the Knowledgeable Network of Women (KNOW):
The KNOW Luncheon Series provides professional development and networking opportunities for women in business. Our continuing mission is to deliver relevant content designed to educate, inspire and encourage a workforce regardless of position or industry.
