Description
Join us for an interactive session with Sertrice Shipley is the CEO & Founder of Plan to Action, that explores how small, intentional acts of inclusion can create powerful, positive change in workplace culture. While many trainings focus on what to avoid, this experience highlights the behaviors we should actively promote to foster a sense of belonging and support. Participants will gain a clear understanding of what microaffirmations are, why they matter, and how to integrate them into everyday interactions. You’ll leave with practical tools and real-world examples to help build more inclusive, affirming, and positive environments—one small action at a time.
