This month, we get a shot of espresso, with Erin Spencer and Janet McGillicuddy from EdgeBrook Lane Consulting. As HR Consultants, Erin and Janet are often called upon by their clients to help them successfully navigate inevitable workplace conflict.
Through an energizing activity, they will share top tips and tools to help you:
