Meet our Speaker: David Ellis
Since 2018, David Ellis has led all departments and agencies that function under the policies of the Board of Commissioners of Wake County, providing oversight to over four thousand employees in the largest county in North Carolina. Ellis previously served as Wake County’s Deputy County Manager, Assistant City Manager of Charlottesville, VA, and held several management positions in Fairfax County, VA.
