Senior Product Marketing Manager

Job Description
Ascom (US) Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will lead all facets of the North American marketing including introducing new products and solutions to ensure Ascom (US) Inc. revenue plan attainment.Lead all facets of the Senior Product Marketing Manager (Unite Software Platform and Solutions) for the North American market including introducing new products and solutions to ensure Ascom (US) Inc. revenue plan attainment.  Assist sales in their efforts to position and promote the entire Ascom product portfolio to their resellers and end-users.  Identify and readily identify opportunities for the healthcare segment that pertain to nurse call, wireless, middleware and emergency call solutions.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or related field
  • 5 years in the areas of Product Management, Product Marketing and/or Business Development
  • Successful experience bringing new products to market
  • Technical background is preferred
  • Strong computer skills with knowledge in MS Office programs, specifically Word, Excel and Power Point
  • In-depth fundamental marketing knowledge for developing long and short term product strategies and marketing plans
  • Possess a high degree of initiative and self-motivation
  • Ability to be aggressive, goal oriented and demonstrate strong desire to succeed
  • Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent customer service
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills including listening to customer

Responsibilities  
  • Drive Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance and Service cross functional teams to develop detailed marketing and product launch plans, collaterals, campaigns and other marketing material.
  • Coordinate and develop product promotional programs and support materials
  • Support all trade shows, Strategic National Business Meetings and events
  • Support training events of internal and external sales staff
  • Manage product related content across internal and external company websites
  • Work with the marketing team to successfully launch new products and services
  • Coordinate, direct and motivate the sales channels of Ascom (US) Inc. to promote, sell and distribute the company’s range of products in order to achieve revenue targets by participating in high level sales demos that speaks to the clinical audience.
  • Promote an image of the organization and product/services that will further the company’s objectives
  • Provides the Management with information to identify critical areas in order to minimize risks and maximize profits
  • Supervise and provide guidance to VP of Marketing and Business Development.
  • Accountable for creating, presenting and sustaining a compelling vision of incomparable value associated with Ascom Integration Software to our partners.
  • Aggressively seek to participate on Ascom’s behalf in industry seminars, conferences, trade exhibits and other public speaking opportunities to continually reinforce the Ascom brand
  • Provide Ascom management with continual, timely information to identify critical areas, minimize risks and maximize profits.  This information will include assessment of market developments and trends, evaluation and prioritization of new business opportunities, threat analyses and contribution to ongoing business strategy
  • Conduct own work in compliance with applicable environmental, health and safety regulations and standards
  • Participate in environmental, health and safety training, including updates when so provided, and keep informed about current regulations and standards within own area of work
  • Duly report any observed or impending breaches of environmental, health and safety regulations and standards to responsible manager
  • Up to 65% travel
