The Rise of the Intrapreneur
Many of us possess the skills necessary to be an entrepreneur yet are not prepared or willing to assume the risks of organizing and operating a business. This often can leave employees’ passion, tenacity and innovation untapped. But what if you were able to harness and utilize these skills at your current organization by asking questions such as: What do I want to create that is going to fill a white space? Or, what doesn't currently exist that would add value or solve a problem?
Enter in the intrapreneur – an employee of an organization who has the entrepreneurial vision to create something new that does not currently exist such as a new role, division, or launching a new initiative.
Join us to hear from a panel of women intrapreneur on how to take an entrepreneurial approach to business, your job, and life.

Nonprofit Highlight: Read and Feed
Encourage a child's love of reading and bring a book to donate to Read and Feed! During the event, we will be collecting books to donate to Read and Feed, a member nonprofit that aims to bridge the reading gap by providing children with the resources they may not have access to at home. Their hope is to help children who aren't currently reading at grade level gain confidence while providing a comfortable setting in which to learn.
