Description
Administering first aid to victims in the event of mishaps and occurrences or in the case of an accident may help to save a life. It is important to know the basics of administering first aid through CPR and AED (Automated External Defibrillators) training and how to respond when someone around you is faced with a life threatening emergency such as a stroke, heart attack and choking.
Join us for an OSHA-compliant, American Heart Association Heartsaver Adult Child Infant CPR and AED training class to learn rescue skills in CPR and relief of foreign-body airway obstruction. During this course, you will receive valuable information about the AHA Chain of Survival, signs of a heart attack, stroke and choking. Each certified employee will receive an EMS Safety certification card that is valid for 2 years from the issue date.
It goes without saying that CPR training is important and should be taken by all employees, regardless if it?s required or not in your industry. Don't overlook this training as part of your workplace safety efforts. Having CPR and first aid trained employees can make a substantial difference in your ability to maintain a safe work environment.
