Join us for the Morrisville Chamber's 27th Annual Meeting. Gather with top business and community leaders and celebrate the accomplishments of the Morrisville Chamber, our businesses, and volunteers.
This year's event features a keynote from Jeff Sheehan, Partner, Trinity Capital Advisors, a commercial real estate development firm and owner of Perimeter Park, a 21-building office development at the epicenter of local business in the Triangle and home to top-tier firms including Lenovo, Credit Suisse, Fujifilm, UNC Healthcare among others. Perimeter Park has been a major part of the successful growth of the Morrisville community and the larger Triangle area and continues to grow with an additional 550,000 SF of Class-A office space currently under construction. Sheehan will discuss Perimeter Park's past, present, and future, how the office park is leading the charge to meet workforce demands of 21st Century companies and how this continuing development project will impact our community.

About Jeff Sheehan
Jeff Sheehan is responsible for sourcing and structuring, ensuring capitalization, and overseeing due diligence for Trinity Capital Advisor’s investment opportunities. He focuses primarily on office and industrial projects in the mid-Atlantic region and the Carolinas and is known for developing practical resolutions when conflict arises.
Trinity Capital Advisors focuses on the acquisition and development of institutional quality commercial real estate in the southeastern United States. The firm has invested over $2.0 billion acquiring and developing over 16 million square feet of the most successful workplace real estate projects in North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Florida, including CBD office towers, industrial portfolios, suburban office parks, and mixed-use developments. Investments are capitalized through various Trinity Capital investment vehicles and partnerships with some of the country’s top institutional investors.
Prior to joining Trinity Capital in 2015, Jeff worked for Duke Realty in Raleigh. While at Duke, Jeff oversaw all operations for a ten-million SF, Class-A office and warehouse distribution portfolio in North Carolina, Norfolk, Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Baltimore, Maryland.
He has been in commercial real estate since 1999 and has completed more than $575 million in new development and acquisitions projects during his career. Highlights of his office development experience in the Triangle include INC Research’s 258,000 SF lease and a 500,000 SF lease for Lenovo, both at Perimeter Park. Jeff also partnered with Kane Realty in the development of CAPTRUST Tower at North Hills, a 302,000 SF mixed-use project in Midtown Raleigh, and completed two build-to-suit office projects totaling 240,000 SF for Research Triangle Institute. Jeff is also experienced in industrial projects and has developed buildings for companies such as Cott Beverage, Budweiser, Dillon Supply, Morrisette Paper, GoodYear, Lagasse, NC State Ports Authority, and NC Global Transpark.
Jeff is a current board member with the North Carolina Symphony, and has also served as treasurer and executive committee member. The Richmond, Virginia, native was also one of 19 members of the N.C. Department of Transportation (NCDOT) board. He was appointed by Governor Pat McCrory in 2014 and represented Wake, Durham, Franklin, Granville, Person, Warren and Vance counties. Jeff also served as a board member on Morrisville Chamber of Commerce’s executive committee from 2007 to 2012, and is a past chairman of the committee, as well. For many years, Jeff was on the board of NAIOP RTP Chapter and held a two-term chair from 2008 to 2009.
Jeff earned his undergraduate degree at Wake Forest University and an MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at UNC Chapel Hill.
